Digital Art Comes to Life in Design: NOOM X Patience&Gough Collaboration

In a bold cross-disciplinary collaboration design brand NOOM, British design house Patience&Gough,  and Ukrainian artist Magister of Magic have unveiled a limited-edition collection that intertwines digital NFT art seamlessly into high-end furniture and textile design. Merging handcrafted furniture from NOOM, Gropius, HELLO, and Archipen chairs with digitally inspired textiles, this collaboration showcases the evolving role of digital art in physical interiors while celebrating the power of storytelling through design.

When the idea of collaboration was introduced, it felt like a perfect match. By combining NOOM’s unique furniture silhouettes with the vibrant, art-driven fabrics of Patience & Gough, we could create something truly extraordinary. This collaboration elevates each element: NOOM’s sculptural Gropius Chair, the bold HELLO Chair, and the architectural Archipen Chair become even more striking when dressed in bold Patience & Gough’s richly patterned textiles from The Artistry Collection - Tora, Panthera and Penrose Prowl.

The collection’s signature visual language comes directly from Magister of Magic’s whimsy NFT art. These pieces depict tigers, symbolising women's innate strength. Revered in various cultures as icons of power and courage, tigers are intricately woven into the designs, roaming through whimsical floral and geometrical landscapes. This blend of fierce and delicate elements creates a meditative, spiritually enchanting atmosphere throughout the collection.

In collaboration with Patience & Gough, Magister of Magic’s detailed illustrations were transformed into a vibrant set of three repeat patterns: Tora, Panthera, and Penrose Prowl. During a two-year creative process, each pattern was carefully re-colored in-house to ensure harmony between the artwork and the luxurious textiles. Printed on Patience & Gough’s signature eco-conscious velvet—crafted from recycled plastic bottles the fabrics beautifully combine bold storytelling with responsible design.

“We wanted to blur the line between art and design, creating pieces that feel like they belong in both a gallery and a home,” explains Patience & Gough co-founders. “The collaboration with Yevheniia allowed us to translate her visual storytelling into tactile form — creating fabrics that feel alive with narrative.”
